1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MentraAgentAI (“the Platform”), operated by The Maycott Group LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement governing your use of MentraAgentAI. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. About MentraAgentAI

MentraAgentAI is an AI-powered professional platform that includes educational programs (Academy), collaboration spaces (Network+), automation tools (Partners), analytics systems (Command), and data intelligence services (Insights). These Terms apply to all MentraAgentAI divisions, services, and integrations.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MentraAgentAI. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse MentraAgentAI. Prohibited activities include:
• Uploading or sharing unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Using the Platform to send spam, malware, or unauthorized marketing messages.
• Copying, reselling, or reverse-engineering MentraAgentAI’s code or systems.

5. AI Tools & Disclaimers

MentraAgentAI integrates AI technology to enhance user productivity and learning. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content, and users must exercise professional judgment when applying insights from AI systems.

6. Accessibility (ADA Compliance)

MentraAgentAI is committed to accessibility and inclusivity. We comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and WCAG 2.1 AA standards. For accessibility support or feedback, contact [email protected].

7. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan. Refunds are only issued as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice to users.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All MentraAgentAI content, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and training materials are the exclusive property of The Maycott Group LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without express written consent.

9A. User Content License

By uploading or posting any content to MentraAgentAI (including within Network+ or course forums), you grant The Maycott Group LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, display, and reproduce such content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Platform. You retain all ownership rights in your content.

10. Data Privacy & Security

Your use of MentraAgentAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you agree to the data practices described in that Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

MentraAgentAI integrates third-party tools such as Zoho, Google Workspace, Make.com, Firebase, and Twilio. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. The Maycott Group LLC is not responsible for the practices or performance of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Maycott Group LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MentraAgentAI. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Maycott Group LLC, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to MentraAgentAI without prior notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that could harm the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

We encourage you to contact us to resolve concerns informally at [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and handled in the courts located within Florida.

16. Updates & Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes that impact your rights will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
